The training path aims to convey to the executives ("dirigenti") the basis of a culture of safety at work apart from that of fulfilling the merely formal obligations stated by law.

The Executive training is compulsory and covers two peculiarities:

• the tasks performed by the executive within the organization;
• the specific activities that the executive performs by replacing the Employer in the application of the safety and security rules.The course aims at providing all executives with the general training that is inherent to health and safety in workplaces as stated in the European norms. It also aims at providing a major perception of the risk in its work activities.
